Basketball season is just around the corner, and I’m excited to talk about NBA Daily Fantasy Sports. It is more enjoyable than yearly fantasy basketball since I get to create a new lineup or 150 every day. Plus, there’s a chance to make money in Daily Fantasy, which makes it even more appealing.

When drafting your team, you must select two PGs, two SGs, two SFs, two PFs, and one C while staying under the salary cap of $60000.
The scoring system is as follows:
– 3-pt FG = 3pts
– 2-pt FG = 2pts
– FT = 1pt
– Rebound = 1.2pts
– Assist = 1.5pts
– Block = 3pts
– Steal = 3pts
– Turnover = -1pt
There are a variety of game types to choose from, including:
– Beginners Only: For those new to FanDuel, this game type only allows other beginners to join.
– Beat the Score: The prize pool is shared equally among all winners in this tournament. – 50/50s: Finish in the top half of the game and win. Using more popular players and entering larger contests is best to increase your chances of matching up with less experienced players. –
Head-to-Heads: Play against one person by selecting the best picks. Avoid playing against sharks with a blue star next to their name who have won many games.
– Experienced Player (blue star in white circle): Any user who has played in 500 or more contests OR has won a total of $2,500 or more over a span of six or more contests. – Highly Experienced Player (white star in blue circle): Any user who has played in 1,000 or more contests OR has won $1,000 or more in a single contest four or more times.
Tournaments: These contests have high-paying prizes with guaranteed pools. You’ll need to beat 80% of other players to win.
Satellites & Qualifiers: Play to win entries into other contests with larger prize pools. These games are challenging to beat.
